Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only for now.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
$4.99 flat on orders under $100, however many pieces are in your cart.

The $100 counts after any discount code. One discount code per order, entered at checkout; we can't apply a code after an order is placed.

How long it takes

Delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Production: 2 to 4 business days. Every piece is printed to order in the US, and we check each one before it goes to print.
Shipping: 4 to 6 business days within the US, once your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of ordering. During the holidays, printers and carriers get busy and it can take a few days more. Before Christmas we post an order-by date on the site.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one piece, they usually ship together. Now and then they ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering, before your order goes to print. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we'll ship it again for the cost of shipping.

Late or lost packages

Delivery times are estimates, and carriers sometimes run late. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, email us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll look into it with the carrier, and if your order is lost in transit, we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
